September has been one of our busiest months for Derby Duck Fundraisers at Derby Duck Races! Keep reading to learn more about the organizations that held events and how many ducks they adopted as well as how much money they raised for their communities.

Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation, Rainbow Village, Revved Up Kids, Nothing But the Truth Food Ministry and many more.

September 6th Kiwanis Club of Palmdale West Total Ducks Adopted: 12,877 Total Adoption Revenue: $65,635 All proceeds support education and other youth programs in the Antelope Valley community. September 13th Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area Total Ducks Adopted: 2,840 Total Adoption Revenue**:** $12,030 All proceeds benefit the Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area.

Funds raised will go to purchase meals and enhance capacity to serve the elderly in the community. September 14th Sertoma Clubs of Topeka Duck Race Total Ducks Adopted: 11,441 Total Adoption Revenue: $45,515 Proceeds from the event will go to Sertoma Clubs of Topeka & their sponsorship beneficiaries and Kansas Big Brothers & Big Sisters — Topeka.

Teeny Tiny Turtles on the Tar Total Turtles Adopted: 2,000 Total Adoption Revenue: $8,235 Every turtle adoption supports over 1,800 youth in the Twin Counties, helping nurture their potential and shape a brighter future.

Gadsden-Etowah Habitat for Humanity Total Ducks Adopted: 3,071 Total Adoption Revenue: $13,440 All proceeds go to Gadsden-Etowah Habitat for Humanity, who partners with volunteers and low-income families to build affordable housing.

September 15th Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan Total Ducks Adopted: 1,492 Total Adoption Revenue: $11,870 Proceeds from every duck adopted benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan, a non-profit organization which supports and provides valuable services to families in the Manhattan and Wamego areas.

September 18th Atlanta Duck Pluck for Special Olympics Georgia Total Ducks Adopted: 11,000 Total Adoption Revenue: $53,899 Proceeds from the Duck Pluck benefit Special Olympics Georgia (SOGA). SOGA provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for 26,620 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

September 21st United Rehabilitation Services Total Ducks Adopted: 16,014 Total Adoption Revenue: $64,869 Every duck adopted funds essential programs and services at URS, helping to serve close to 1,000 clients annually, providing everything from pediatric therapy with on-site nursing to adult vocational training and employment services.

Crystal Coast Habitat for Humanity Total Ducks Adopted: 1,148 Total Adoption Revenue: $4,795 All proceeds from the event benefit Crystal Coast Habitat for Humanity, who serves Carteret and Onslow counties and aims to eliminate substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating, and preserving homes.

Cross Timbers Rotary Duck Derby Total Ducks Adopted: 40,000 Total Adoption Revenue: $200,000 All proceeds from the event benefit 2024-2024 nonprofit partner agencies, which promote the betterment of the local community. First Resources Corp.

Total Ducks Adopted: 2,215 Total Adoption Revenue: $9,345 All proceeds go towards providing quality services to people in the community based on their individualized needs and desires such as disability, employment, behavioral health and mental health services. The last event this month will be the Duck Derby benefitting Second

Harvest Food Bank of New Orleans on September 28th! Every duck adopted will help Second Harvest provide 15 meals to families across South Louisiana.
